DEPOSIT CONTRACT
This is a binding contract between the Sellers, Heavenly Poms of Northern Michigan and X_________________________________________, here after referred to as Buyer.
Seller agrees to hold a Pomeranian puppy/dog for the Buyer with a deposit of $(__300__),
in the form of cash, money order, or cashiers check only, NO PERSONAL CHECKS accepted, sorry.
This deposit is NON-Refundable! Be sure this is the right pup/dog for you. No excuses! (You changed your mind, landlord won’t allow it, your parents won’t let you, husband or roommate doesn’t want one, child has allergy, I found another one…) Be sure before you commit. Deposits can only be applied to another puppy, breeding or litter of choice, no refunds, no exceptions!

Note: (Smaller pups sometimes not ready until between 10-12 weeks of age)
The balance MUST be PAID IN FULL prior to pup/dog being ready for shipment, at least 7 business days prior to planned flight. In a pick up or a delivery, balance is due prior to or at the time of the meeting, in the way of cash, certified check, or money order only, however we do prefer the balance be paid off prior to the transfer.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS! NO money, NO puppy!
If balance is not paid in full as requested, Buyer will forfeit all deposits/monies collected to date.
Seller reserves the right to cancel contract at any point of the sale if seller feels there is reason to do so, and in this event, a full refund of monies collected would be refunded.
